At our festival, quality is non-negotiable — every olive oil is carefully tested. Once a year, during harvest season, we host the festival at a different beautiful olive press in Israel. All oils are locally produced, supporting the Israeli market and promoting local consumption. We challenge the familiar by turning olive oil from a simple dip into a culinary experience.
